Patrick Tuck joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tuck worked as an associate and assistant city attorney advising two California cities, two special districts, and a town at a Bay Area municipal law firm.
Mr. Tuck earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree at Tufts University, majoring in International Relations. Mr. Tuck earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Mr. Tuck served on the USF Law Review Editorial Board, participated in the law school’s summer Intensive Advocacy Program, and served as vice president for the Environmental Law Society. Additionally, while in law school, Mr. Tuck completed legal internships with the Land Use & Environment Team at the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office; the Environment & Natural Resources Division at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.; and with Justice James Richman at the California Court of Appeal.
Mr. Tuck has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2015.
