Joshua Clendenin is an associate in the firm. Mr. Clendenin currently practices in the areas of public entity defense and business litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clendenin worked for a San Francisco firm specializing in civil defense and insurance litigation. 

Mr. Clendenin graduated With Honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2006, after earning a B.S. in Business Adminstration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002.  During law school, Mr. Clendenin received a Gressman-Pollitt Best Overall Oral Advocate Award and clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. 

Mr. Clendenin has been an active member of the State Bar of California and the Bar Association of San Francisco since 2006.
