Martine D’Agostino is an associate with the firm. Ms. D’Agostino currently practices in the area of public entity defense, with particular focus on employment and civil rights litigation.
Ms. D’Agostino graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from University of California, Santa Cruz in 2000. After college, she was a paralegal for three years at a civil litigation firm. She received her Juris Doctor from University of San Francisco in 2007. While in law school, she was an editor of the Journal of Law and Social Challenges and participated in the Moot Court Competitions program, achieving 3rd place with her team in a statewide Environmental Negotiations competition. In addition, she volunteered with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and participated in the Juvenile Justice Clinic.
Ms. D’Agostino has been an active member of the California State Bar since 2008.
