Jose J. Pedroza Jr.

Jose J. Pedroza Jr. joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate in 2024. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a litigation associate at an insurance defense firm in San Francisco.

Mr. Pedroza graduated from UC Davis in 2013, where he earned a BA in Sociology and Chicana/o Studies and a minor degree in Education. He attended Western State College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree in 2020. While in law school, Mr. Pedroza competed on the Honors Mock Trial Team and was President of the Student Bar Association on campus.

Mr. Pedroza has been an active State Bar of California member since 2022.
