Mitchell E. Thielemann

Mitchell Thielemann joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at an Oakland environmental litigation firm, and with the California Coastal Commission in San Francisco.

Mr. Thielemann earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and BA in English from Gonzaga University in 2016. He attended the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College, earning his Juris Doctor degree with an Environmental and Natural Resources Law Certificate in 2020. While in law school he competed in the Native American Law Students Association Moot Court, competing at Nationals in Berkeley.

Mr. Thielemann has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2021.
