Jennifer Holthaus

Jennifer Holthaus joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an attorney at a civil litigation firm in San Francisco. Her background also includes immigration law and criminal law.

 

Ms. Holthaus graduated cum laude from the University of San Francisco in 2010 with a BA in Latin American Studies and minors in Sociology and Gender and Sexuality Studies. She earned
her Juris Doctor degree from UC Davis School of Law in 2020.

 

While in law school, Ms. Holthaus won Best Trial Advocate in Trial Skills. She co-wrote an amicus brief in the Ninth Circuit Court while participating in the School of Law’s Aoki Center for Critical Race and Nation Studies. She served as a certified law student while externing in criminal law for Yolo County. Ms. Holthaus also participated in the Consumer Rights Clinic for the Legal Services of Northern California and served as a student board member of SacLegal, Sacramento’s LGBT Bar Association.

 

Ms. Holthaus has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2021.
