Heather Hensley joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a San Francisco civil litigation firm, focusing on landlord-tenant disputes. Her practice areas include education, personal injury, and employment law.
Ms. Hensley earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2011. She attended the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, earning her Juris Doctor degree with an Intellectual Property Law Certificate in 2015. While in law school, she competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition, where she won the Midwest Regional Tournament and placed second nationally.
Ms. Hensley is admitted to practice in both the State of New York and the State of California, and she has been an active member of both bars since 2016. She is also admitted to the Federal District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.
