Thomas Ly

In 2021, Thomas Ly joined Bertrand, Fox, Elliot, Osman & Wenzel as an associate, where his practice is focused on public entity defense and civil litigation defense.

 

Mr. Ly earned his BA in Political Science from San Jose State University in 2012, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2019. While in law school, he was awarded Specialization Certificates in Business Law, Family Law, and Public Interest Law. Additionally, he has served as a certified law student for the GGU’s Pro Bono Tax Clinic.

 

Mr. Ly has been an active member of the State Bar of California since 2021.
